Essential Items and Delivery

Lock-down Terms & Conditions:
While our stores remain closed, we appreciate that the MBIE have lifted some restrictions around sending essential items. After careful consideration we have hand picked a selection of essential pieces that we can deliver, to keep you warm and healthy this Winter.
Understandably, we all have a different opinion as to what should be considered an essential product. It is a confusing time for everyone and we are working hard to ensure that we do the right thing, as we try to navigate the rapidly changing situation we find ourselves in. We are following the advice and guidelines set by the NZ Government and the W.H.O. to reduce the chance of spreading the virus.
Purchasing:
During the lockdown we are only able to fulfil orders for items in our Winter Essential section.
PLEASE NOTE:
Orders containing only essential items will be shipped as soon as possible.
Any orders containing non-essential items will be shipped when level 4 is lifted.
Processing:
We only have a small team of self isolating staff processing your orders. They are following health and safety protocol around the workspace and handling of items.
Delivery:
We have contactless pickups and drop-offs from our couriers, using a safe on-site location which enables no face-to-face interaction.
Please note there may be some delays with the delivery of your orders due to steps we’re taking to make sure you receive your order as safely as possible and avoid pressure on courier system.
Returns:
To keep the process safe, we are asking that you avoid returning item(s) during this time – to minimise contact and protect our staff and couriers.
You are more than welcome to return your item(s) once the level 4 limitations have been lifted and our stores are able to open again.
