We are looking for a beautifully presented Sales Superstar to work in our fabulous store. If you are warm, friendly, and passionate about fashion we want to hear from you!
We specialise in predominantly NZ Made fashion, sizes 10-26.
- Highly motivated to assist customers and provide them with an exceptional instore experience.
- Passionate about people and fashion
- Warm and friendly personality, and beautifully presented.
- Experience preferable but not essential.
- Experience in using an in-store POS System would be an advantage.
- Be part of a strong New Zealand retail brand
- Permanent part time position (including some weekends)
Flexibility to be able to cover staff holidays and sickness as required.
Hours & remuneration, bonuses and staff discounts will be discussed with the successful candidate.

Location: Mt Albert, Head Office
Role Overview: As our E-commerce and Office Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our webstore operations and office coordination. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- E-commerce Coordination:
- Managing our webstore and ensuring seamless order processing.
- Coordinating with our physical stores to fulfill online orders promptly.
- Providing friendly and professional customer service via email and phone.
- Office Coordination:
- Organizing and maintaining the office environment.
- Working closely with the wider team to bring promotions to life.
- Collaborating with store staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Answering Phones: Handling incoming calls professionally and courteously, assisting customers and directing calls as necessary.
Key Qualifications:
- Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Customer Service Excellence: Friendly, professional, and eloquent communication.
- High Level of Initiative: Proactive problem solver who takes ownership of tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Computer Competency: Highly proficient with computers and the ability to pick up systems quickly.
