Office Co-ordinator (Personal Assistant) - Part-time | Fashion – Mt Albert 

Do you love fashion? Magazine Designer Clothing stocks designer fashion labels in sizes 10-26 from across the globe, and has 11 stores throughout New Zealand, as well as a thriving online store. We are a small friendly hands on team and have an exciting opportunity to join us in our Head Office based in Mt Albert.

This is a varied role which includes:

  • PA Support to the Director
  • Managing Supplier Returns
  • Store support including organising stock deliveries, promotional materials and stationery
  • Liaising with suppliers, including sourcing pricelists and promotional materials.

If you have the following skills, we’d be very excited to hear from you!

  • Excellent organisational skills, as well as the ability to multitask.
  • High level of competency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • High level of written and verbal communication
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Warm and friendly personality

We will provide you with a permanent position (job-share) of approximately 3 days per week (approximately 18 hours). We are flexible on the days (Monday to Friday), may work in with school hours. We offer flexible working conditions, free parking as well as a generous discount on clothing.

Part-time Retail Sales Superstar | Fashion – Pukekohe Store  

WE ARE HIRING! Come and join our AMAZING Pukekohe Team! 

We are looking for a Sales Superstar to work in our fabulous store. If you are warm, friendly, and passionate about fashion we want to hear from you!  

We specialise in predominantly NZ Made fashion, sizes 10-26.

  •  Highly motivated to assist customers and provide them with an exceptional instore experience.
  • Passionate about people and fashion
  • Warm and friendly personality, and beautifully presented. 
  • Experience preferable but not essential.
  • Experience in using an in-store POS System would be an advantage.
  • Be part of a strong New Zealand retail brand
  • Permanent part time position approximately 9 hours per week, Fri/Sat.
     

Flexibility to be able to cover staff holidays and sickness as required.
