Please note: As we head into the Christmas period, our couriers will be under increased stress and this may increase delivery times. We cannot promise that items purchased after the 14th December will arrive in time for Christmas. We will do our best but couriers are under extreme pressure at this time of year - We thank you for your patience and understanding if your item takes a little bit longer to reach you!
Please allow extra processing time for items purchased from Christmas Day. Our ladies in-store are working as quickly as they can to get your gorgeous items out to you but there may be a slight delay. There will also be a slight delay with delivery as our courier drivers have a few days off. We thank you for your patience.
New Zealand Delivery
Flat Rate Shipping $10 for deliveries NZ wide
Flat Rate Shipping $28 + FREE SHIPPING on all orders $750 and over
Rest of World Delivery
Flat Rate Shipping $70 for all deliveries worldwide
If we receive your order before 1pm on a weekday, we will begin processing the order on the same day. If we receive your order after 1pm, we will do our best to process this on the same day, but it may miss the courier collection. Our incredible stylists are working very hard to get your gorgeous items to you, however on occasion when the store is very busy, or we are having a sale, processing times may be delayed. Please allow for an extra 1-2 working days processing time during sale. International orders take approximately 2-3 working days to process.
Once your beautiful items are on their way, we will email you with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your goodies!
NZ Delivery and Delivery Timeframes
Please allow 3-5 days for delivery (on top of processing time). Please note, once your parcel is with the courier driver, delivery times are out of our control and delivery times should be used as an estimate only. We use both Aramex and NZ Post for NZ deliveries. We are unfortunately unable to deliver to PO boxes, please provide us with a physical address for us to send your goodies too!
Australia + Rest of the world Delivery & Delivery Timeframes
We send all international orders via DHL. Deliveries to major Australian cities will take approximately 3-5days. Please allow approximately 10 days for delivery to more remote locations of Australia and the rest of the world. The custom clearance processes in your country may also cause a delay. Shipping costs do not account for any import charges, customs duties, VAT fees or other fees upon arrival in the destination country and these will be your responsibility. Please supply a physical address where your item can be signed for 9am – 5pm weekdays.
We will email you confirmation and a tracking number once your gorgeous items have been dispatched and are on their way to you!
I did not receive a tracking email – what do I do?
First thing to check is whether you received a confirmation email. If not, your email may have been incorrectly added to your order. Don’t worry – just email us at email@example.com and we can correct this for you
Secondly, have you checked your junk/spam folder? It may have ended up in there.
If it is not there and you have waited at least 48hours (or longer if it is a sale or outlet item) since your confirmation email, then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help!
Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?
If you notice straight away that your order has the incorrect address, please email us as soon as you can. We can change the delivery address before the courier collects it, but once it has gone, we can’t make any changes so please be careful when ordering.
My item is taking longer than estimated to arrive, or is saying its delivered but I haven’t received it?
If you are having any issues with delivery, please email us at email@example.com. We can launch an investigation at our end with the courier to see what has happened to your parcel. Please wait for at least the maximum time frame estimated for delivery to have passed. These are estimates and can sometimes take a little longer than expected.
A parcel has arrived, but my full order isn’t in there, where is the rest of my order?
We are so happy to hear that your first item has arrived safely, we know you will love it! But rest assured, the rest of your order will be with you soon. We are just a small business and do not have a dedicated warehouse set up, our stylists in-store lovingly package up all your parcels. This means that not all items in your order can always be sourced from the same store. If your order is being sent from multiple stores, we will send you a tracking email for each delivery.
My order has arrived, but it is not what I ordered?
Oh no – we are so sorry! We aim to be as accurate as we can, but sometimes our stylists in store are so rushed off their feet packaging up your goodies and tending to customers, mistakes do happen. Please email us straight away at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can rectify this for you. Firstly, we will put the correct item aside for you so it doesn’t sell, and then we will send out the correct item once we have received your return as well as reimbursing you for the shipping cost.
