I purchased my item for full price...
If you're not happy with your recent online purchase where your items were purchased for the original retail price, you are welcome to return it for a refund, exchange or credit.
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note any returns received past the 14 days will not be accepted.
Returned goods must be unused, unaltered and unwashed with all original tags attached and packaging enclosed. Please avoid the transfer of perfume, deodorant or makeup which may void the right of return. We can only accept returns purchased from our online store.
Full Priced items purchased online can only be returned for an exchange once.
Magazine Designer Clothing is not liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number. International orders are not eligible for a free exchange.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on shapewear. If you are unsure of the fit, please drop us a line before purchasing and we will gladly help out.

My purchase was discounted....
Items advertised with the original retail price but where a percentage discount (%) or discount code is applied/entered at the checkout (eg snap sales, $50 Voucher, two for $199, one day % sale, $100 Off - excludes clearance/sale items) can be returned for an exchange or credit but are non-refundable unless faulty. If your discounted purchase is faulty we reserve the right to repair or replace in the first instance.

My purchase included an item from the "Sale", "Outlet" or "Final Clearance" page...
Items purchased from the "Sale" "Outlet" or "Final Clearance" section are final and therefore are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or credits unless faulty. Please choose wisely. We have priced these items at these incredible prices to move the stock, any items purchased under these conditions and returned will therefore will be returned to you at your cost. As mentioned, we are here to help! If you have any questions please contact us.
*Please note, this includes all One Day Deal/$99 One Day Deal/Sale items purchased. There are no returns on these items and if returned, they will be couriered back to you at the cost of the customer.
I received free shipping but would like to return my item....
If items returned used a 'Free Shipping' promo (automatic discount at checkout (Orders $250 and over) or used a promo code), the cost of Shipping ($10.00 for domestic, $30 Australia, Rest of World $70) will be deducted from your refund amount if that item(s) is returned.
Other points I should be aware of....
Welcome discount code is only valid on full price items.
Free Gift with purchase promotions - if you return the garment you purchased and received a free gift, the gift must be returned or the retail price will be deducted from your refund price.
Most purchases are entitled to one free exchange (with the exception of Sale Items stated above), for multiple exchanges you will be charged an additional shipping cost. Magazine's customer service will contact you for card details.
Shipping costs back to Magazine Designer Clothing are the responsibility of the customer unless the returned goods are faulty.
Customs taxes are at the expense of the customer. Please be aware of the customs taxes of your country before purchasing.
For hygiene purposes, Shoes, accessories, Socks, and shapewear sales are final and not eligible for returns unless faulty.

Simple steps to Return or Exchange
- Re-package your garment in its original condition with all tags attached and include proof of purchase, along with the returns form.
- For International returns you must include a copy of your original invoice and your customs document, to avoid delays.
- If a description of contents is required on customs declaration for returns please specify as ‘Returned Goods’
- Write your name and postal address on the back of the package.

Online Returns Policy
- We cannot process your return until the goods have been received.
- We reserve the right to deny a return, if the goods returned do not meet our return policy requirements.
- We are unable to exchange or refund used, laundered or customer damaged goods.
- We are unable to refund sale or discounted items.
- Please note that the shipping charges or any related expenses (custom fees, etc.) cannot be refunded.
- The cost of delivery for returns and refunds is not refundable.
- A further delivery charge will be required for re-sending the exchange.
We will assess the item once returned to ensure it meets our criteria before a refund or exchange will be processed.
Please allow 5 to 7 working days for exchanges and refunds to be processed once we receive them.
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or a credit issued (credits are redeemable both instore or online)
Please note, card refunds may take up to 3 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between card issuers.
In-store Returns
Exchanges:
Within 7 days of purchase, you can exchange your item or receive a credit note for purchases from any full price Magazine Designer Clothing store. Provided:
• You have proof of purchase
• Products are returned unworn, undamaged, and with original tags
Returns:
Within 7 days of purchase, you can return your item and receive a credit note for purchased Provided:
• You have proof of purchase
• Products were purchased at original retail price
• Products are returned unworn, undamaged, and in with original tags
Please note, we are unable to accept returns on:
• Sale items - however will happily provide an exchange for an alternate size or colour.
• Jewellery, swimwear, and shapewear - due to hygiene reasons.
Please note, all in store purchases must be returned to store.
Faulty or Incorrect items
A faulty or incorrectly sent item can be exchanged or returned for repair or replacement. A refund will be processed if we are unable to do either of these. We must be advised of faulty or incorrect goods within 7 days of purchasing the item.
Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you have an item that is faulty and you have worn it, please send it back to us clean. Soiled returns will not be accepted.

We will repair, replace or refund the item within 7 days of return receipt. Magazine Designer Clothing will refund the shipping amount to return the item and cover shipping costs to replace or return an item to you if an item is faulty.
